Reservations, Cancellations & Refunds Policies:

• We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover credit cards.
• A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due at check-in. In order to insure a 90% refund, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the day of arrival. We are a small property where every guest reservation made is important to us. In the unlikely event that you must cancel after the notice period, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation. Any room rebooked will be refunded immediately.
  

General Guest Information:

• We are a smoke-free inn. The use of tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, pipes) is not permitted in any guest area including the porches and decks. Ignoring this policy will result in a $200.00 cleaning charge.
  
  
• Bottled water, soft drinks and packaged snacks are available free of charge.
  
  
• Breakfast is served between 8:00-9:00 each morning.
  
  
• Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
  
  
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  
  
• Rates do not include taxes.
  
  
• We love young children, but our Inn is not set up to accommodate them.
  
  
• Sorry, no pets.

Every guest reservation is important to us, and we can't take other reservations for the days that we're holding for you. The later the cancellation, the harder it is for us to rebook, and the more likely we'll lose the potential revenue. In the unlikely event that you must cancel after the notice period, please understand we’ll do our best to rebook the room, but we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation if we're unable to rebook it. Any room rebooked will be fully refunded immediately.
